When the town of Golden City was founded in 1859, the denizens found themselves on the frontier of wealth and civilization. As tensions rose in the east on the precipice of America’s Civil War, we were on our own to stake our claims, defend ourselves, and define the boundaries of justice. These times made way for lynch mobs, outlaws, corrupt bankers, and other vigilantes, many of whom still roam the streets of Golden today.

As the leaves turn and fall and temperatures begin drop, the veil between worlds also thins and those voices from the past emerge through time to tell their own tales…if you’re willing to listen.

Join us for an evening of theatrical ghost stories as told by some of Golden’s most infamous residents. Your expert guide will lead you through the darkened streets of Old Golden City and escort you to the towns storied and novel drinkeries to keep your spirits up throughout the evening.
