Affiliate Agreement & Brand Guidelines

By participating in the Golden History Tours Authorized Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Brand Assets

Affiliates will be given access to a library of approved marketing assets, including logos and photos, for use in promoting Golden History Tours. These assets may be used freely within the guidelines below.

Brand Usage Rights & Restrictions

Authorized Use

  • Use assets from the provided library to promote Golden History Tours

  • Use accurate tour descriptions, pricing, and information as listed on goldenhistorytours.com

Prohibited Activities

  • Modifying, altering, or recreating Golden History Tours logos or branding elements

  • Making unauthorized claims about tour content, pricing, or availability

  • Using Golden History Tours branding for any other business or purpose

  • Creating social media accounts that could be confused with official Golden History Tours accounts

  • Representing yourself as an employee or official representative of Golden History Tours

Social Media Guidelines

  • Use only assets from the approved marketing library

  • All promotional content should reflect the fun, educational, Wild West theme of our tours

  • Tagging @tourgoldenco on Instagram and Golden History Tours on Facebook is encouraged

Marketing Material Standards

Affiliates are free to create their own promotional materials provided they:

  • Use only approved assets from the provided marketing library

  • Accurately represent tour offerings, pricing, and availability

  • Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the Golden History Tours brand

Quality & Conduct Standards

Affiliates are expected to provide accurate tour information, direct booking questions to goldenhistorytours.com, and maintain professional communication that reflects Golden History Tours' fun, educational brand.

Commissions & Payment

Commission Eligibility

Commissions are earned on completed tours only. A commission is considered earned when the tour associated with a referred booking has been successfully completed.

Commission Calculation

Commissions are calculated based on the final booking value after any discounts applied. Commission rates are outlined in your individual affiliate agreement.

Payment Schedule

Payments are issued at the beginning of each month for all commissions earned during the prior calendar month.

Adjustments & Delays

Order changes and cancellations may affect your final payout. Reschedules may delay commission payment.

Violations & Penalties

Serious Breaches (Immediate Termination)

The following actions result in immediate termination without prior warning:

  • Using Golden History Tours branding for unauthorized purposes

  • Making false claims about tours or the company

  • Creating a competing tour business using our materials

  • Engaging in conduct that damages Golden History Tours' reputation

Termination

Golden History Tours reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, affiliates must immediately cease all use of Golden History Tours branding, remove all marketing materials, and delete any Golden History Tours content from their social media accounts.

Effect on Commissions

Commissions earned prior to termination on completed tours will be paid out on the normal payment schedule. Commissions on tours that have not yet run at the time of termination are forfeited.

Intellectual Property

This agreement grants limited usage rights only. All Golden History Tours trademarks, logos, and content remain the exclusive property of Golden History Tours. Unauthorized use may result in legal action for trademark infringement and damages.
